Bug Fixes, Enhancements & New Features

1. Mobile App

• For resources configured with customised fields, the Book button is now disabled in the mobile app.
• Users are prompted with a message advising them to complete the booking through the browser on desktop.

2. Booking Resource

• Fixed UI issues affecting the landing page after user login.

3. Resource Booking Invoice

• Resolved SQL data type issues in the invoice module.

4. Resource Group

• Added total resource quantity per group to the resource group table.

5. Booking Report

• Added group booking type to all booking reports.
• Fixed the export issue in the resource period report.

6. User Self-Managed Profile

• Introduced a new self-managed profile feature.
• Users can now update their details via My Profile.
• Added support for mandatory profile updates upon login at predefined intervals, such as every 12 months.
• Account update enabler: advance feature for user self-managed “billing” account update

7. Induction Module

• Added Start Induction to the My Induction Process page.

8. MoxyTap Manager

• Implemented UI improvements.
• Enhanced Tap & Go functionality with:
  o training certificate checking
  o account/project selection

9. STATS Deployment

• Integrated ACLS with the ACLS-PLUS Consulting Calendar Module to support STATS operational requirements.

10. CMCA Deployment

• Fixed a glitch in the walk-up booking data upload feature.

11. RIMS Deployment

• Implemented changes to the research repository to meet RIMS requirements.
